The Sunshine shots... what can I say about these shots, other than they're just magical!
This was from a wedding that I shot with a good friend of mine Rich Warmus, and I was his second shooter. Often times second shooters get the chance to take some magical images that you might not otherwise get due to all the pressure and or the thoughts running through your head to get all the shots you want and creative stuff you need within the time frame you have set.
I also learned some new editing techniques as this shot, was shot last year during the wedding season. It's an HDR shot edited in Photoshop and Lightroom with some help from Color FX Pro 4.
My mentor Neal Urban recently wrote a book, about Dream Weddings, for amateur photographers and second shooters, and it's really helpful to those who are shooting and or want to learn, and I'll include a link to it at the end of the blog just in case you want to pick up a copy and learn some cool stuff!
The shot was done at Knox Farms
For the camera nerds and technical guru's out there here are the shot's details:
24 mm (24.0 - 70.0 mm f/2.8)
If you're looking to learn the editing technique behind the sunshine itself you can pick up a copy of Neal Urban's book, "Dream Weddings"
